APUKI LAUNCH PROMOTION 2026 — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Name: APUKI Launch Promotion 2026
Promotion Period: 15 October 2026 at 12:00 am (AEDT) to 30 October 2026 at
11:59 pm (AEDT), or until the earliest of First 10 customers product purchases have
been made. Once a limit is reached for the offer, it closes immediately regardless of
whether the Promotion Period has ended.
1. GENERAL
1.1 By participating in the APUKI Launch Promotion 2026 (Promotion),
entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
1.2 The Promotion is conducted by APUKI (ABN 13 760 532 746) (Promoter).
1.3 The Promotion is open to residents of all Australian states and territories.
1.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New
South Wales.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, an entrant must:
(a) be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase;
(b) make a qualifying purchase from APUKI during the Promotion Period
in accordance with clause 3; and
(c) not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family
member of the Promoter.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to
disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or who
provides false or misleading information.
3. HOW TO QUALIFY
3.1 Offer — Product Purchase Reward: The first 10 customers who
purchase any product from APUKI online during the Promotion Period will
be eligible to redeem a complimentary 1 hour general nutrition (health and
wellness) session valued at over AUD $150 (Product Reward).
3.2 Qualification is determined by the date and time of confirmed purchase as
recorded by APUKI's systems. In the event of a dispute regarding order of
qualification, APUKI's records shall be determinative.
3.3 Once the qualifying limit of the offer is reached, the offer is closed and no
further entrants will qualify for the offer, regardless of whether the
Promotion Period has ended. APUKI will update its website and/or social
media channels promptly upon the offer closing.
4. REWARDS
4.1 Product Reward (Offer): A complimentary 60-minute general nutrition
(health and wellness) session with APUKI, valued at over AUD $150. The
session must be redeemed within 1 month of the date of notification. The
session is non-transferable and has no cash value.
4.2 Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any
other product or service, except as required by the Australian Consumer
Law.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater
value if the specified reward becomes unavailable due to circumstances
beyond the Promoter's control.
5. NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION
5.1 Eligible customers will be contacted by APUKI no later than 7 days after
the conclusion of the Promotion Period (or, where an offer closes early, no
later than 7 days after that offer closes).
5.2 APUKI will contact eligible customers via phone and email using the
contact details provided at the time of purchase.
5.3 If an eligible customer cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first
contact attempt, or if the customer fails to respond within that period, the
reward may be forfeited at the Promoter's discretion.
5.4 With the eligible customer's prior written consent, APUKI may announce
the customer as a promotion recipient via its social media channels.
APUKI will not publish any customer's name or details without obtaining
that consent first.
6. PRIVACY
6.1 The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose
of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, contacting
eligible customers, and (with consent) announcing recipients.
6.2 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth).
6.3 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information
by contacting the Promoter at hello@apuki.com.au.
7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or
remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or
imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded
or limited.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability for any breach of a
non-excludable guarantee is limited to resupplying the relevant goods or
services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the
Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it
necessary to do so, provided that the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify entrants of any such change via its website or social media channels.
8.2 The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that
provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full
force and effect.
8.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9. TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY
Rewards are subject to the website Terms and condition and privacy policy, and
the general nutrition (health and wellness) sessions are subject to Apuki
Nutrition Coaching Agreement.
