Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide. Please allow up to 4-8 days for your order to be processed.

Once it has been processed the shipping times vary by each state and country. The estimated shipping times are below;

During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and support during this time and wish all of our customers safe and happy holidays. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. 

Once the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any late or missing shipment. The customer will need to contact Australia Post if the shipment has passed the estimated shipping date.
